🔁 Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all consulting services provided by Clario. It outlines conditions related to service cancellation, rescheduling, and any refund considerations. As a service-based company, our work often begins immediately after engagement. Therefore, refund eligibility is limited.

2. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel a scheduled service by notifying us in writing. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling. Short-notice cancellations may result in a fee depending on preparation already undertaken. Each case is assessed individually.

3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are generally not provided after services have been delivered. In cases of dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to reach out so we can resolve the issue collaboratively. Partial refunds may be considered only if service delivery has not commenced. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds for completed sessions or consulting time already used. Refunds are also not issued for services delayed due to client-side factors. Any unused time in prepaid packages must be claimed within a reasonable period. Expired services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling Services
Clients may reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate preferred dates. In case of emergency, we may consider shorter notice. Rescheduling does not affect service value or terms.

6. Project-Based Work
For large projects with defined stages, a cancellation during execution may result in partial billing based on work completed. All work delivered up to cancellation remains billable. Clients will receive a summary of completed deliverables and hours. This ensures fairness for both sides.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure timely communication and availability during scheduled consulting work. We are not responsible for delays caused by missed appointments or incomplete information. All work is collaborative, and we expect active participation. This ensures that services are effective and fair.
